Services
Services allow a user to create an operating level agreement (OLA) for a certain demographic. For example, an organisation may want to agree that bookings for CT scans with a booking priority of Stroke must be seen within 30 minutes.
Click Settings to open the administration screen, then click Services.
To create a new service:

Click to expand Service and click New Service.
Service Name Name the service. Owning Organisation Select the organisation the plan belongs to. Start Date Specify the length of time the service is in effect for. End Date Active Tick to make the service active. Only active plans will take effect, even if captured in the date range. eGFR Required Tick to make the service require an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Service Contact Name (optional) Add a contact name for the service. Description (optional) Add a description for the service. Notes (optional) Add any notes for the service. -
Click Next. Specify the criteria for when the service applies. Leave a field blank to capture all options for a field.

Optionally, add Patient Criteria via the purple plus icon. Multiple criteria can be added this way e.g Males over 55 and Females over 50.

Click Next.
