We are Magentus
What’s changing?
Magentus, Citadel Health and Genie Solutions are becoming one global health brand: Magentus. We have a unifying strategy and a better way of doing things, retaining our deep commitment to providing world-class technology and services to our customers. Our product names will remain the same and we will continue to support your team and your needs.
Why is this happening?
We are rebranding so our health technology can connect teams and digital workflows more efficiently, meeting customer needs for better integration and networked solutions. We’ll be able to help you better connect clinical domains and geographies, enabling smarter collaboration to deliver better healthcare outcomes. All of this is underpinned by our collective vision to help medical professionals create healthier societies.
When is this happening?
Our new name and brand launch on May 8. You will begin to see the new identity rolling out across all our communication channels.
Do I still speak with the same people?
You will still be speaking with the very same people who understand your needs. The same teams will still be on hand, looking out for you as before, only now they’re doing so as Magentus, tapping into a larger pool of knowledge shared across all our disciplines. They’ll be more aware of what the rest of our operations and partners are doing globally and be able to feed the benefits of this back into the service they provide you.
Is this going to change the product roadmap?
Our roadmap will continue to provide all the promised upgrades and roll-outs we already have scheduled, what’s exciting now is the potential to further refine and enhance our offerings.
Are extra products on offer and ready to integrate with my current products?
We are continually investing in R&D and innovation across our products and exploring every opportunity to better integrate and combine our product suites. If you would like to request a particular integration, please reach out to us.
Will you be centralising your development and support teams?
The development and support teams will continue to be based in the UK, however bringing the organisations together enables us to provide enhanced services to our clients, such as multi-jurisdictional support, and an extended pool of domain and technical expertise.
