For each chart, the following information is available:

| Y axis | Measurement Unit. |
| Date range | Weeks / Trimester. |
| Centiles | Which selectable centile boundaries are included. |
| Citation | Academic reference source. |
| DOI | Digital Object Identifier for reference source. |
| Cris Obstetric Forms | Which Cris form(s) are used to record the plotted data. |
| Cris Obstetric Reference Data | The clinical reference data source. |
