Obstetrics Charting displays a cumulative pregnancy record for the latest pregnancy term / episode in order to display current and retrospective chart plotting, and easily visualise the foetal growth based on Centile ranges as applicable to each chart.

For each chart, the following information is available:

Y axis | Measurement Unit. |
Date range | Weeks / Trimester. |
Centiles | Which selectable centile boundaries are included. |
Citation | Academic reference source. |
DOI | Digital Object Identifier for reference source. |
Cris Obstetric Forms | Which Cris form(s) are used to record the plotted data. |
Cris Obstetric Reference Data | The clinical reference data source. |
