Main Menu
	Log out	Log out of Cris without shutting down. Warning: If you use voice recognition, you should close the application after logging out. Please allow two minutes for your profile to save to the network before shutting down your PC.
	Clear patient	Close an open patient record without saving any changes.
	Open report viewer	Open the report viewer in a new window, for example, to compare a previous report as you write.
	New Cris instance	Open another instance of Cris in a new window. This can be useful to check something without closing the current record, for example, on reception when receiving a telephone enquiry. Tip: We advise that the New Cris instance option is disabled on reporting workstations.
	Stats	Open the Stats module in a new window.
	Diary	Open the Diary in a new window.
	Sessions	Open the Sessions module in a new window.
	Reload patient	Reload the last-viewed patient record.
	Tables	Open the Cris Tables in a new window.
	Batch Tracking	Open Batch Tracking (film tracking).
	Batch Auto Report	Open Batch Auto Report.
	Nuclear Medicine	Open the Nuclear Medicine module in a new window.
	Reset connection	Reset your connection to the Cris database.
	Messages	Open the Messages window.
	Read message	This icon animates when there is a general message to be read
	Unread message	This icon animates and is yellow when there is a message attached to an event.
	Personnel	Open the Personnel Management (Resources) module in a new window.
	Microphone on	Microphone is listening.
	Microphone off	Click the button to switch the mic on.
	Microphone standby	Click the button or say Wake up to switch the mic on.
	Microphone disabled	Voice recognition is not available on this screen.

	Justified according to IRMER.
	Completed.
	Justified and Completed.
	Rejected.
	Justified and Rejected.
	Referred to another clinician.
	Justified and Referred.
	On hold.
	Justified and On hold.

Post Processing
	Isotope	Nuclear medicine - isotope administered.
	Locked	Locked for post processing. A radiographer / sonographer has clicked Action via the Unprocessed list.
	Locked	Locked for post processing by Alliance Medical.
	Complete	Indicates that post processing is complete (images are available on PACS). It replaces vetting icons.

Documents
	Scanned document, for example, request card.
	Printed document, for example, appointment letter.

Reporting
	Enter tape details for reporting.
	Unverified report.
	Verified report.
	Unverified addendum.
	Locked for reporting.
	Provisional report marked for checking.
	Reporting on hold.

Digital Dictation icons
	Unverified report.
	Unverified addendum.
	Locked for reporting.
	Partial dictation.
	Clinician has dictated a report via an external source.
	System Administrator deleted the original voice file (after the report was typed and verified).
