Once Augnito is configured, it is ready to use for reporting.
Augnito does not have individual user profiles. Users do not have a personal dictionary, but they can make their own commands. See Create Augnito report templates.

When installing for the first time, we recommend you follow the steps below, in this order:
Check the system requirements for your software.
Install the software.
Configure voice recognition settings.
Configure user settings.*
