Report an issue (raise a ticket)

If Cris is not working as expected, in most cases you should contact your Trust IT Help desk, or Prime Contractor Help desk. The only exception to this is customers with support contracts directly via our Service Desk who can log incidents directly.

1. Open the Java Console, recreate the issue, and save the log file.

2. Send an email with the log file and a description of the issue to our Service Desk.
