View / amend vetting and event details

Read vetting instructions before booking an appointment. Only a qualified clinician may amend vetting instructions. The event may require clinical justification.

This is for all event-based worklists including the patient's event list.

Hover over Site or ReqNo columns to show vetting / protocol information.

  1. From a worklist or patient's Events screen, click to highlight a vetted event.
  2. Click the Vet button.

    3. The Protocol screen opens.

  3. Make any necessary amendments.
  4. Click the Update button.

  1. Click Show Diary
  2. Click to highlight the event.
  3. Click the Vetting button.

  4. To revert back to diary view, click the day; week; or month button.

Note:

This will only show vetting information for exams that have been marked as Require Vetting and have been vetted (via Cris), otherwise no details will be displayed.

  1. From a worklist or patient's Events screen, click to highlight an event.
  2. Click the Change button.

    3. The Event Details screen opens.

  3. Make any necessary amendments.
  4. Click the Save button.

  1. On the Report screen, click the <<Request button.

    2. This will display an image of either a scanned request card or, for electronic orders, the Event Info (vetting) screen.

    The image will remain on all reports until you hide it.

  2. Click the Request>> button again to hide the image.

Tip:

Press the F5 key to close a screen without saving any changes.
