Change passwords

Log in to the NHSMail account via the NHSMail web page and change the password.

  1. Click System Settings.
  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Click Save.

  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Click Save.

Important:

It is the trust’s responsibility to change the NHSMail password (via the NHSMail website ); and the STMP server password and Listener email password (via Communicator) every 90 days.
