Search for a patient

Use Quick or Advanced search to find a patient.

A patient record may be restricted. A restricted record is greyed-out but can be clicked. You must 'break glass' (provide a reason) to access it.

  1. Click the Search button in the header.

  2. Select the Quick Search tab.

  3. Enter a name, date of birth, or ID number.

  4. Press Enter or click

    5. Matching results are displayed. Hover over First Line of Address to see the full address.

Tip:

The Search screen shows your most recent searches. Click a button to open the order.

  2. Select the Advanced Search tab.

  3. Select a Search tab.

  4. Enter a name, date of birth, or other search term.

  5. Press Enter or click the Search button.

    6. Matching results are displayed. Hover over First Line of Address to see the full address.

A patient record may be restricted, by episode. You must 'break glass' (provide a reason) to access a restricted record. You will have unrestricted access for 24 hours after breaking glass.
