Change or cancel an order
You can only change an order, via Order Comms, before any action has been taken by the radiology department.
You can cancel an order, via Order Comms, after vetting but before appointment or attendance.
To cancel an order after it has been appointed or attended, contact the radiology department directly.
Change an order
You can change an order before action has been taken.

Open the order.

Edit the Episode, Exam, or Clinical Details.

Click the Finish button.
The Event Changes screen keeps a record of changes.
Cancel an order
You can cancel an order before it has been appointed or attended.

Open the order.

Click the Cancel button.
- Click Cancel event to confirm.
The patient's radiology record will show the cancelled event with the reason "No longer required OCS".
