View patient details
Patient details on the orders list
The following patient details will be displayed if they exist in the patient record:
Name, sex, date of birth, first line of address, Eircode, identifying numbers (IHI, Cris, MRN, PAS / HIS).
Note:
Where there is a discrepancy between Cris data and PAS / HIS data, there will be a grey warning icon. Missing information is shown like this: "No CHI Number!"
Patient details on the worklist
The following patient details will be displayed if they exist in the patient record:
Name, sex, date of birth and age, first line of address, Eircode, identifying numbers (IHI, Cris, MRN, PAS/HIS), and alarms.
Note:

Patient details on the event screen
The following patient details will be displayed if they exist in the patient record:
Name, date of birth, sex, first line of address, telephone number, alarm and allergy indicators, identifying numbers (IHI, Cris, MRN, PAS / HIS).
Click Expand 
to open the patient banner and see these details in full: address, telephone numbers, email, alarms, and allergies.
For deceased patients the patient banner will display the date of death and a grey background.
Add a patient alarm
- Click Add
in the patient banner. - Select an alarm code from the drop-down list.
- Enter a severity level. See your system administrator for your local severity codes.
- Enter alarm text.
- Click SAVE.
The presence of an alarm or allergy is indicated by an orange lozenge in the patient banner.
