Search for a referring clinician

The Referrers table contains a complete list of registered clinicians. It is populated by the national dataset but you may add or edit a clinician, if required, between updates.

Before adding a referrer, it is good practice to search for them. Start your search with the surname before removing SHA and Type fields.

  1. Click Tables Setup.

  2. Select People > Referrers.

  3. Enter a code or a surname.

  4. Press the Enter key.

    5. SHA and Type filter results. You can clear these fields to search the entire table.

  5. If not found, delete the code in the Type field.

  6. Press the Enter key.

  7. If still not found, delete the number in the SHA field.

  8. Press the Enter key.
