This is a guide to which items are available in the Log. Your local setup may vary.

Warning:

You should contact your Trust IT Help desk, or Prime Contractor Help desk, before making any changes to shared tables. Customers with support contracts can contact us directly.

Tip:

  • To add a CATEGORY or SUB-CATEGORY go to System > Normal Tables > CRISLOG.

  • To add a LEVEL go to System > Normal Tables > CRISLGLV.

  • To add an ITEM go to System > Normal Tables > CRISLGTP.

PASDEMOUPDATED Identify which PAS has updated the patient demographics.
PASDOBFAILED Received a patient update message from PAS with incorrect DOB.
PASDODFAILED Received a patient demographics message with invalid DOD.
PASERRRORRESPONSE An error message returned from PAS.
PASGPFAILED Received a patient demographics message with invalid GP / Practice details.
PASMERGEFAILED Received merge message from PAS which failed.
PASNHSFAILED Received a patient update message from PAS with incorrect NHS number.
PASPOSTCODEFAILED Received a patient update message from PAS with incorrect postcode.
PASREMOVED PAS Removed a patient linked to Cris.
PASSEXFAILED Received a patient update message from PAS with incorrect sex.
PASTITLEFAILED Received a patient update message from PAS with incorrect title.
PASUNLINK Two PAS patients have been unmerged.
PATIENTCREATED A patient record was created.
