Delete an event or report

We do not recommend deleting events or reports.

Tip:

Warning:

Do not use right-click event > Move. This does not leave an audit trail. It is a legacy feature and may not be present on your system.

If it is present, remove this permission from everyone’s security settings: SUPERU RECEPTION MOVE_EVENT.

Correct orders

Unlink incorrectly linked orders.

Link an omitted order to a request.

 

Correct a request

Copy request details.

Cancel incorrect request.

Create correct request.

Export and import request card.

Move scanned documents

Export a scanned document (request card).

Import a document.

Correct an attendance

Undo attend on the incorrect patient.

Create and attend the event on the correct patient.

Correct a post processed event

Copy event details.

Undo attendance.

Move images.

Correct a Not Performed attendance

Re-attend the event on the correct date.

Ensure any images are reviewed and reported.

Correct a reported event

Copy event details.

Move images.

Resend report.

Update other systems

Update Order Comms.

Update PACS.
